Gayatri Shinde

Gayatri Shinde is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Takeda since May 2025. Previously, Gayatri held the role of Executive India TA at LanceSoft, Inc., focusing on recruitment for major clients such as Google, Meta, and Genpact from July 2024 to June 2025. Prior to that, Gayatri was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IATOCS INC. and a Technical Recruiter at INSTATALENT RECRUIT LLP, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment life cycle and collaborating with hiring managers on staffing needs. The early career at Layam Group involved managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT positions as a Management Trainee. Gayatri is currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at Symbiosis International University and holds a BTech in Civil Engineering from G.H. Raisoni Society's College of Engineering and Management in Pune.
