Giampiero Panella

Giampiero Panella is an experienced professional in the field of quality services and innovations, currently serving as the Head of Quality Services and Improvements and Site Innovation Lead at Takeda since June 2021. Prior to this role, Giampiero held a position at Barilla Group as Technical Development Automation, managing projects in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, and energy production. At Pfizer, Giampiero advanced through various roles, including Production Systems and Documentation Team Lead, where oversight of a 15-person team focused on IT/OT systems reliability and process optimization was central. An earlier internship at Ferrero involved innovation automation and the design of new manufacturing layouts to enhance productivity.
