Gina Ryan

Gina Ryan, PharmD, currently serves as a Medical Science Liaison in Immunology at Takeda since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gina held various positions at Mercer University - College of Pharmacy from November 1996 to January 2023, including Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice, where management and development of faculty and staff, as well as overseeing significant budgets were primary responsibilities. Gina has published over 40 manuscripts and secured more than $500K in research grants. Other key roles included Clinical Professor, Interim Chair of the Department of Pharmacy Practice, and Associate Dean for Administration, contributing to strategic planning and interprofessional education. Gina's earlier experience includes roles in continuing education and clinical pharmacy, as well as medical writing for Alimera Sciences and the Institute for Medical & Nursing Education Inc. Gina obtained Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from the University of California, San Francisco and UCLA.
