Jessica West

Jessica West is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Research and Development at Takeda since July 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions in talent acquisition, including Manager of Talent Acquisition at Moderna, where leadership was provided for full life-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple R&D functions from December 2021 to April 2025. Jessica also contributed as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Voyager Therapeutics, Inc., supporting diverse recruitment needs, and held roles at Agios Pharmaceuticals and Finch Therapeutics Group, focusing on high-volume and full-cycle recruitment. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from West Virginia University in May 2014.
