Joshua Marks currently serves as the Global Head of E&C Program and Governance at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, teaching Compliance courses. Previously, Joshua held various leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim for over a decade, including VP and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, where responsibility included establishing a culture of integrity and overseeing compliance programs across multiple business sectors. Additionally, Joshua’s experience includes roles as General Counsel for Boehringer Ingelheim's Animal Health division and Executive Division Counsel at Ben Venue Laboratories. Joshua began the legal career at Arter & Hadden, LLP and Bricker & Eckler LLP, focusing on commercial operations and regulatory compliance. Joshua holds a JD from Cleveland State University and a BBA from Ohio University, along with a Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University.
