Melissa Heidelberg

Melissa Heidelberg serves as the Global Bioethics Lead and Director at Takeda since September 2021, managing the Global Bioethics program and the Takeda Ethics Advisory Council. Prior to this role, Melissa held various positions at Roche from January 2005 to August 2021, including PD Bioethics Leader and Principal Realization Project Manager for industry collaborations. Melissa has expertise in data ethics, informed consent, and organizational change management, leading initiatives to bridge clinical research and practice. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Bioethics from Columbia University, a Mini MBA from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.
