Michael Bright

Michael Bright is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and project management across various companies in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Currently serving as Associate Director of Data and Digital Strategy at Takeda since January 2012, Michael leads the development and execution of data and digital strategies while managing a portfolio of projects. Previous roles include Global Learning Business Partner and Site Lead - Technical Training, where responsibilities included developing training programs and managing regulatory inspections. Prior to Takeda, Michael worked at Boehringer Ingelheim Chemicals and Baxter BioScience in roles focused on information systems, project management, and process engineering. Michael began a career at Pfizer as a Process Engineer after earning a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with Highest Distinction from the University of Virginia.
