Morgan King

Morgan King serves as the Head of US Legal Strategy & Organizational Development at Takeda since January 2019, following a progression from the role of Chief of Staff, US Legal. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior leadership to execute departmental strategy and fostering high-performance teams through leadership meetings and professional development events. Previously, Morgan held key positions within Takeda and Shire, focusing on Records and Information Management and integrating global policies and teams, achieving significant cost savings and efficiency enhancements. In addition to experience in academic advising and corporate consultancy roles, Morgan holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Boston College and specialization in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern University.
