Ravi Kaushik

Ravi Kaushik serves as Vice President and Global Head of Device & Digital Innovation and Product Strategy for Plasma Derived Therapies at Takeda, as well as Vice President and Global Program Lead for the PDT Integrated Care Innovation Platform. Previously, Ravi held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Transasia Bio-Medicals Ltd. (Erba Mannheim Group) and served as Group Marketing Director for Asia Pacific and Country Business Director for Diabetes in the Indian Subcontinent at Medtronic. Additional experience includes roles as Country Business Director for Diabetes in the Indian Subcontinent at Medtronic, Director of Strategy, Innovation & Business Development for the Asia/ANZ Region at Baxalta and Director of Healthcare Innovation at Baxter International Inc. Ravi Kaushik earned an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming.
