Sandra Schlagbauer

Sandra Schlagbauer has extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the Head of Quality Systems at Takeda since May 2019. Prior roles include Manager of Quality Assurance at Shire and Quality Representative at Baxalta. Sandra has also held positions as a Senior Clinical Data Analyst at Baxter International, overseeing critical responsibilities in clinical studies and data management, as well as Lab Manager at Intercell AG, managing laboratory operations and interactions with external partners. Early career experiences include roles as a Technical Assistant at AKH Vienna and a Research Assistant at Boehringer Ingelheim, contributing to significant research projects in neurochemistry and cancer. Sandra holds a DI(FH) in Bioengineering/Bioinformatics from the University of Applied Sciences and foundational education in Biochemistry and Gene Technology.
