Sriman Banerjee

Sriman Banerjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in packaging development and diagnostics within the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Diagnostics, Software Devices & Packaging Development at Takeda, Sriman oversees global teams focusing on innovation and patient experience. Prior roles include Director at GSK, where Sriman led packaging efforts for respiratory and wellness categories, and Manager at Marico Ltd., developing market-driven strategies in R&D. In addition to industry experience, Sriman contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Maharishi International University, teaching courses on packaging sustainability. Sriman holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's in Finance, and postgraduate degrees in Packaging Technology and Plastic & Polymer Technology.
