Wei L.

Wei L. currently serves as the Research Scientific Associate Director and Principal Scientist at Takeda, focusing on Ab Biologic Discovery and Engineering with expertise in microfluidic single B cell cloning since March 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at EMD Serono, Inc., leading discovery technology for a therapeutic antibody project, and earlier positions involving antibody engineering and discovery at Abpro and University of Massachusetts Medical School. Wei L. holds a Ph.D. in Pathogen Biology from the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, a Master’s Degree in Pathogen Biology from China CDC, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Preventive Medicine from Hebei Medical University.
