Rob Nix

Rob Nix serves as the VP of People and Head of People & Talent Acquisition at Thesis from June 2023 to June 2025. Currently, Rob is a member of TroopHR, starting in January 2024. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Calibrate from July 2021 to June 2023, Director of Talent Acquisition at TripleLift from November 2019 to July 2021, and Director of People & Talent Acquisition at Blink Health from November 2018 to November 2019. Rob Nix holds a Leadership Essentials certificate from Cornell University (January 2022 - January 2023) and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (January 2008 - January 2011).
