Ron Duhon has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environmental compliance. Ron began their career as a Defense Systems Safety Specialist in the US Air Force, where they inspected workplaces and equipment for safety compliance. After leaving the Air Force in 2010, Ron worked as a Field Technician for Global Energy Services, providing technical support for wind farm construction and maintenance. Ron then served as an Operations Site Manager for Availon, managing a wind turbine project and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2013, Ron joined Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas as a Training Coordinator, responsible for providing safety training to employees and evaluating safety procedures. Ron then worked as a Corporate EHS Coordinator for Broad Wind Energy, administering performance reviews and evaluating training programs. Ron's most recent positions include HSEQ Manager and HSQE Director for Harvest Energy Services, where they strengthened the company's EHS compliance operations and provided leadership to a team of safety professionals.
