Prabu Kannan Subramaniam

Prabu Kannan Subramaniam has extensive experience in project management and procurement within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager at TAKRAF Group since June 2013, Prabu leads cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, ensure timely project completion, and maintain budgetary constraints. Prior roles include Procurement Manager and Erection Engineer at Tenova Takraf, where responsibilities encompassed resource management, site commissioning, and quality control for mining operations in Australia. Early career experience includes an engineering role at Geodesic Techniques. Prabu holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management Services and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from Anna University Chennai.
