Shweta Dubey

Shweta Dubey is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at TAKRAF India-DELKOR since January 2025, Shweta focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives and leads key initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational culture. Previously, Shweta held the position of Head HR at HNI India from April 2019 to January 2025, where responsibilities included formulating and executing people strategies for the organization. Prior experience includes roles at Grindwell Norton-Saint Gobain as HR Manager, where Shweta supported multiple business units, and as Assistant Manager at Nexteer Automotive and ICICI Bank, where foundational HR skills were developed. Shweta holds a PGDBM in HR & Marketing from MS Ramaiah Institute of Management, a professional certification in Strategic Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a certification in HR Analytics from the Academy to Innovate HR.
