Alejandro Menor Molinero

Alejandro Menor Molinero has a diverse range of work experience in the software engineering field. Alejandro began their career at Pantala in 2020 as a Back End Developer, where they successfully built the backend from scratch and took over the frontend as well. Alejandro gained valuable skills in managing high load peaks during promotions and TV appearances.

In 2021, Alejandro joined Bounsel as a Full Stack Developer, working closely with an experienced CTO to evolve the company's MVP into a product loved by early adopters. Alejandro achieved milestones such as scaling a real-time CRDT rich text editor, implementing an entity recognition system for legal documents, and developing analytics/auditing services.

Also in 2021, Alejandro worked at Internxt as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on improving the desktop app. Under their leadership, the app transformed from being the least liked to the best rated by users. Alejandro achieved this through rewriting the sync algorithm, adding backup capabilities, introducing real-time file sync, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and migrating the desktop app to TypeScript.

In 2022, Alejandro joined ISDIN as a Full Stack Developer, where they were hired as a full-time freelancer to develop and evolve a large-scale e-commerce platform. Alejandro spearheaded the development of microservices and enhanced the platform's architecture to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Most recently, Alejandro is currently working at Taktile as a Software Engineer starting in 2023.

Alejandro Menor Molinero pursued their education from 2017 to 2021 at Universidad de Granada, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their academic pursuits, Alejandro also earned certifications during their education. Alejandro was recognized as a Finalist in the Phase 1 competition by Vodafone in December 2019. Furthermore, in November 2019, they achieved the Líder de Innovación certification from Vodafone.
