Erin Doehring, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Director at TAL Building Centers since February 2018, overseeing human resources for a network of over 30 hardware and home fixture stores across the Northwest. Previously, Erin was an HR Business Partner at Great Western Malting Company, managing relationships with unions and providing comprehensive HR support to various business units. Erin's career also includes roles as HR Consultant/HR Manager at Coordinated Resources Group, Safety Program Manager for the State of Oregon, and several positions in academic support and fundraising at Willamette University. Erin holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Willamette University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
