Rebecca Turner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rebecca has held various positions at TAL Australia, including Head of People & Culture Risk and Governance, Performance and Governance Lead, Performance and Change Lead, and Performance Manager. Prior to working at TAL Australia, Rebecca worked at Macquarie Group where they served as an HR Business Partner / Generalist, Senior Manager of Global Reward, Manager of Employee Relations, Executive of Remuneration Policy, and Senior Associate of Remuneration Consulting. Rebecca also gained experience at ECA International as a Client Services Coordinator, providing global mobility support and consultancy. Additionally, Rebecca began their career as an HR Assistant at Powercoal Pty Ltd.

Rebecca Turner pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR and IR from the University of Newcastle from 1998 to 2000. In 2007, they obtained a Diploma in Financial Services from the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Since 2015, they have been enrolled in the University of Sydney to complete their Master's degree in Labour Law and Relations, which they are currently working towards.
