Bonnie Pedlow has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bonnie is currently the Head of Brand at TALA since 2022. Prior to this, they were with KF Beauty from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Head of Brands & Products from 2020 to 2022 and as the Head of Communications from 2018 to 2020. In 2018, Bonnie worked briefly as a Marketing Manager for Blancpain & Jaquet Droz at Swatch Group. Bonnie also worked as a Marketing Consultant from 2017 to 2018, providing marketing strategy and communication services to companies such as MFL&Co, CHANEL Jewellery, and Lancaster Beauty. In 2017, Bonnie took on a Product Manager role at L'Oréal for Lancome Face Makeup as part of their MBA project. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Account Executive at Peppercomm from 2014 to 2016, managing client accounts and developing marketing strategies for lifestyle consumer and B2B clients. Before that, they worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Richemont - Vacheron Constantin in 2013, where they led PR initiatives and implemented best practices in tracking and analyzing results. Bonnie's career began at Sud de France Développement in 2009 as an International Project Manager, where they developed marketing strategies for the Languedoc-Roussillon region's wines in the US market and managed relationships with international partners. Overall, Bonnie has demonstrated expertise in brand management, marketing strategy, communications, and product management throughout their career.

Bonnie Pedlow's education history begins with their obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Dickinson College. Bonnie attended the college from 2006 to 2010, majoring in French, History, and Religion. Later, in 2011, Bonnie obtained a certification in Viticulture & Vinification from the American Sommelier Association. In 2016, they pursued further education by enrolling in HEC Paris, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2017.
