Carl Rossi

Carl Rossi serves as the Chief Information Officer and Investment Partner at Tala since 2018, where responsibilities include shaping IT strategy, leading the IT team, and driving digital transformation efforts. Previously, Carl held the role of Technical Director and Vice President at Amazon Web Services from 2011 to 2018, focusing on technology department management and innovation. Prior experience includes positions as Project Manager/Technical Manager at Microsoft for Startups, Senior Software Engineer at TIM, Software Engineer at UniCredit, and an internship as a Software Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from MIP Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Politecnico di Torino.
