Kwamboka Migisi

Kwamboka Migisi is a seasoned Senior Agile Program Manager at Tala, with extensive experience in Agile coaching and project management acquired over 16 years at Safaricom PLC. Currently, Kwamboka directs the Organizational Agile transformation for the Payments Tribe, overseeing setup and training for nine squads. Previous roles include Senior Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Implementation Specialist, Team Lead/Support Analyst, and Retail Customer Experience Manager, each contributing to significant improvements in agile practices, team development, and customer support across various business units. Kwamboka holds a Bachelor of Science in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies from Kenyatta University.
