Teresa Carlson

Teresa Carlson is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Tala since August 2022, Teresa previously held the position of Head of Engineering at POM Safe from December 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, Teresa worked at The Hartford from May 2018 to December 2021 as a Senior Software Engineer, leading projects such as the Pricing Calculator and Data Enrichment Engine API, utilizing technologies like SpringBoot and NodeJS. Teresa began a career in product development and quality assurance at TurboTenant from May 2016 to May 2018. Teresa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Northern Colorado.
