Dalia Bastawy

Dalia Bastawy currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Partnering at Talabat, overseeing strategic human resources initiatives across multiple regions, including Iraq, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, and Kuwait, and managing a headcount of 1200 employees. Previously, Dalia held significant roles at Al-Futtaim, including Senior Human Resources Partner for the MENA region, focusing on brands such as Watsons, IKEA, and other retail brands. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant to the Chairman at Swift Group for International Transport. Dalia holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Development from The American University in Cairo.
