Hanna Nordell has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and administration. Hanna started their career as a Legal Associate at SHUAA Capital psc in 2005. Later, they worked at the Investment Corporation of Dubai as an HR & Administration Supervisor, where they established HR policies and procedures and managed administration functions. In 2011, they joined adidas as an HR Manager, providing HR services and support to employees. Hanna then moved up to become a Senior Manager HR-Talent Emerging Markets, where they worked on strategic talent topics across multiple regions. Hanna'sresponsibilities included talent acquisition, performance, succession planning, leadership development, and learning. Hanna later served as the Director Talent Acquisition EMEA, where they implemented a centralized talent acquisition model across various countries. Most recently, they served as the Chief People Officer MENA at Talabat, overseeing the HR function in the Middle East and North Africa region. In this role, they acted as a strategic business partner and coach to the organization.
Hanna Nordell received a Masters degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University in 2006-2007. Prior to that, they earned an LLB Hons degree in Law from Middlesex University in 1998-2001. Additionally, Hanna has obtained certifications in advanced coaching from the International Coaching Federation, CTI Coaching Certification - Fundamentals, and the Facet 5 personality assessment.
