Maha Gad

Maha Gad has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent and performance management. Maha is currently working as the Director of Global Performance at Delivery Hero since April 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at talabat, including the Director of Talent & Culture and Head of Talent Development. Maha also worked at Careem as a People Engagement/HR Business Partner and Global Talent Manager. In addition, Maha has experience in talent management and consultancy roles at DIFC and as an independent consultant. Maha started their career at Vodafone as a Specialist in Talent Management and later became a Team Leader in the People Capabilities Team. Maha also served as the Career Development Manager at The German University in Cairo.

Maha Gad completed their education at the University of Derby, earning a Masters of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2014 to 2018. Maha also obtained a University Certificate in Psychology from the same institution in 2013-2014. Maha also pursued additional education in Human Resources Management and Services, with a focus on Leveraging HR Analytics & Data, from THE CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF PERSONNEL AND DEVELOPMENT (CIPD) in 2017. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Political Science from Cairo University, Faculty of Economics & Political Science, and certification as a Certified NLP Practitioner & Certified Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner from JSS International. Maha has further certifications in coaching, assessment interpretation, talent building, and NLP.
