Michel Aguib

Michel Aguib is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and strategic management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at talabat since March 2020, Michel heads the Fintech and Quick Commerce engineering teams and has previously led the groceries tech tribe and managed the technology hub in Cairo. As Co-Founder and CEO of axlr8 since September 2016, Michel contributes to innovative technology solutions. Prior roles include Delivery Manager and Engineering Manager at Vezeeta, where Michel managed cross-platform projects, and a Software Architect role at Cegedim Relationship Management, focusing on solving memory leakage issues in Android applications. Michel's career began in software development roles at various companies, including NRG Solutions and Gargour Technologies. Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University and a Master of Science from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
