Mourad Mahmoud

Mourad Mahmoud started their work experience in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative at Orange. Mourad then joined talabat in 2019 as a Dispatcher before being promoted to Operations Team Lead in September 2020. In their role as Operations Team Lead, they were responsible for process alignment, creating workarounds, providing maximum support to logistics teams, and finding solutions for business-critical situations.

From 2014 to 2018, Mourad Mahmoud pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Benha University.
