Usama Nabil

Usama NabiL is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the customer service and operational management sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at talabat since December 2019, Usama leads the Partners and Customers Care Operations squads, along with workforce management, training, and quality assurance teams, ensuring operational goals are met. Prior to this, Usama held the position of Managing Director at NOK for Human Capital Solutions, crafting strategic growth plans and managing P&L. Usama's earlier roles include Chief Operations Officer at Teleperformance Egypt, where oversight of daily operations and compliance was paramount, and various management positions in leading companies such as HSBC and Teleperformance Egypt. Usama holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems from Sadat Academy.
