Michael Jeziorski

Michael Jeziorski, CPA is an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in various industries. Michael currently holds the position of CFO at Talan Products, Inc since March 2023. Before that, they served as the CFO at Auto Services Unlimited from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, they held the position of CFO at Delta Systems, Inc. from March 2008 to May 2020. In this role, they were responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation, as well as overseeing human resources and information technology. Michael also has experience as a Controller at Rossborough Automotive Corporation from May 2007 to March 2008, where they developed financial forecasting and costing models. Michael received their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Cleveland State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1986. Michael then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Management at John Carroll University from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Michael obtained two certifications. In 2002, they became a Certified Public Accountant through the Accountancy Board Of Ohio. Later, in 2012, they earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
