Aleksandra Hryhor

Aleksandra Hryhor currently serves as a Junior Recruiter at Talan, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process focused on various technical roles. Previously, Aleksandra worked as a Retail Parts Management Analyst at John Deere, where optimization of parts profitability and customer experience in the UK and UA markets was a key responsibility. Prior experience at McKinsey & Company included roles as a Talent Research Analyst, where Aleksandra conducted sourcing for multiple sectors across various European markets, as well as serving as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple executives and managing complex logistical tasks. Aleksandra holds a Master's degree in Tourism Destination Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
