Olga Blanco

Olga Blanco has extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Olga is currently the Head of People & Talent Development at Talan Spain since 2022. Previously, they served as CEO at ESIDD from 2014 to 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Director for Yahoo! covering the Spanish and Italian markets from 2005 to 2014. Olga also worked as an HR Business Partner for PeopleSoft-Oracle in Spain from 2002 to 2005 and as an HR Manager for Siebel Systems in Spain from 2000 to 2001. Olga started their career as a Principal HR Generalist at Publimat Valdeplastic in 1999 and worked as an HR Delegación Madrid at Real Automóvil Club de España - RACE from 1986 to 1990.

Olga Blanco has a diverse and extensive education history. Olga obtained a Técnico Superior en RRHH (Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration) degree from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in 2016. In the same year, they also acquired a PNL Practitioner (Neuroscience) certification from the INTERNATIONAL TRAINERS ACADEMY OF NLP (ITA). Olga further specialized in coaching by completing an Especialista en Coaching de Equipos Sistémico (Team Coaching) program at CREARTE COACHING in 2014. Olga also pursued a Master's degree in Coaching Ejecutivo (Executive Coaching) at CREARTE COACHING from 2013 to 2014. Furthermore, they have completed various specialized courses and obtained certifications in fields such as Derecho Laboral (International Law and Legal Studies), Retribución (Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration), and GESTIÓN Y DIRECCIÓN DE RRHH (RRHH) from institutions like IIR España and ESIC Business & Marketing School. Lastly, Olga earned a Máster en Dirección de RRHH y Relaciones Laborales (Master's in HR Management and Labor Relations) from Cerem Business School in 2015.

Additionally, Olga has obtained several certifications outside of their formal education, including HR AGILE and MANAGEMENT 3.0 from Agile Stellium.
