Tatiana Petit

Tatiana PETIT has a diverse work experience with organizations such as Talan, Biocodex, and Servier. Tatiana held the role of Head of Leadership & Diversity Development at Talan starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they served as the International HR Development Manager - Talent acquisition & development at Biocodex from December 2022 to November 2023. At Servier, they held several roles including Global People Experience Manager from October 2020 to December 2022, Group HR Development Project Manager from November 2016 to October 2020, and International HR Generalist from September 2007 to October 2016.

Tatiana Petit received their Bachelor's degree in Business and Commerce with a focus on Applied Foreign Languages from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle in 2007. Tatiana then went on to earn a Master's degree in Intercultural Communication from Linguistics University in Russia in 2004. Most recently, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from IGS-RH from 2014 to 2016.
