Benjamín Searle

Benjamín Searle is currently working as a Business Development Expert and Sales Strategy Manager at Talana since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as Director Ejecutivo at Fundación Huella Formación y Vocación from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the organization and executive team in the management of the training programs, and driving strategic growth alongside the board. Benjamín also handled all customer negotiations, sales and post-sales meetings, prepared board meetings, and led the professional and volunteer team towards the achievement of strategic objectives and guidelines.

Benjamín Searle attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2013 to 2018, where they earned an Ingeniería degree.
