Shyamlal KR

Shyamlal KR has held various roles throughout their work experience. Shyamlal started their career as a Skill Development Trainer at Holy Mary Central School, where they selected and developed instructional materials and organized instruction to enhance student learning. Shyamlal then joined GICE PVT LTD as an HR Recruiter & Business Development Associate, overseeing marketing processes and managing recruitment programs. Later, Shyamlal worked as a Business Development Associate at BYJU'S, where they owned the entire proposal process and handled payment gateway management. Shyamlal then joined Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as a Senior Associate, prioritizing and managing commercial property and casualty applications. Currently, Shyamlal is working at WebCastle as a Business Development Associate, where they research potential clients, negotiates deals, and maintains relationships with clients.

Shyamlal KR pursued their education in a chronological order, starting in 2013 with their Bachelor of Computer Application degree in Information Technology at Mahatma Gandhi University. This educational journey lasted until 2016. Subsequently, they furthered their studies at the same institution, Mahatma Gandhi University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Marketing from 2017 to 2019.
