Cybill Droguett Venegas

Cybill Droguett Venegas has been working in the human resources field since 2012. Cybill began their career at SERVIBANCA S.A. as an Assistant of Remunerations. In this role, they were responsible for creating monthly bonus reports, calculating salaries, severance payments, overtime, and arrears. Cybill also provided services to the Recruitment area in terms of selection and interviews for different companies, and creating files for new employees.

In 2013, Cybill moved to Cineplanet as an Assistant of Compensation and Benefits. Here, they were in charge of developing Talent Human Resources, creating contracts and annexes, calculating severance payments, and managing vacation, licenses, and salary payments.

That same year, Cybill also worked as a Practice Analyst DO and Auditor at Grupo Empresarial Ultramar. Cybill updated databases of audit plans and control management for the Ultramar group. In addition, they updated databases of all the management and their respective organizational charts in Human Resources.

In 2014, Cybill returned to SERVIBANCA S.A. as an Analyst of Remunerations. In this role, they were responsible for calculating bonuses for contractors, severance payments, overtime, and arrears. Cybill also managed childcare for all subcontractors, and reviewed F-30 documents.

From 2018 to 2021, Cybill worked at ADP as a Local Payroll Specialist. In this role, they managed a portfolio of 800 pays, performing the integral payroll process, such as loading information into the system, monthly reports, loading LLSS, complying with current regulations, calculating severance payments, and DDJJ AT2020.

Finally, in 2021, Cybill began working at Talana as a Business Specialist of Gestion de Personas and Consultor Experto of Remuneraciones. In this role, they implemented clients in the Remuneraciones module, reviewed projects and commitments so they could use the platform.

Cybill Droguett Venegas has a diverse educational background. Cybill obtained a degree in Ingeniería Administración de Recursos Humanos from Duoc UC between 2015 and 2018. Cybill also obtained a degree in Administrador Recursos Humanos from Duoc UC between 2015 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Contador General from Instituto Profesional Esucomex between 2011 and 2013. Furthermore, they obtained a degree in Tecnico Nivel medio Servicio de Alimentación Colectiva from Centro Educacional Tecnico Profesional Municipalizado Codeduc between 2006 and 2009. Cybill also has several certifications, including Excel Avanzado from 7Lessons in 2014, Excel Intermedio from 7Lessons in 2014, Gestion de Personal from Cineplanet in 2013, and ICDL from Centro Tecnico Profesional Codeduc Maipu in 2008.
