Ilona Yarmolovska

Ilona Yarmolovska currently serves as Head of Quality Control and previously held the roles of Business Development Manager and Sourcing Team Lead at Talando Recruitment since April 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating hiring needs, creating sourcing strategies, and conducting candidate screening. From September 2020 to April 2023, Ilona was a Sourcing Team Lead and Researcher at CNA International Executive Search, contributing to executive recruitment services. Earlier experience includes working as a Researcher at NDA from July 2018 to September 2020. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Ukrainian Academy of Printing (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Faculty Publishing and Printing with a focus on Information Technology from the same institution (2013-2017).
