Kathrin Schneider has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting field. In 2008, they started their career as a Fremdsprachenkorrespondentin at Maschinenhandel. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Personalberaterin at IAD GmbH. In 2016, they joined OPPM Office Professional Personalmanagement GmbH as a Personal-Kundenberaterin Recruiting & Acquisition. In 2017, they worked as a Regional Recruiter at Kern People GmbH and simultaneously served as a Career Consultant - Recruiter CORE at Experis Deutschland until 2022. Later in 2022, they joined Hays as an Active Sourcing Specialist before moving to Taledo as a Recruitment Consultant.

Kathrin Schneider completed their higher vocational college education in Business Administration and International Relations at SBSZ Economics and Administration Jena from 2006 to 2009. Kathrin then pursued further studies in Human Resources and completed a degree in Personalfachkauffrau IHK / Personalberaterin at IHK Erfurt from 2010 to 2011.
