Gizman Abbas is an accomplished independent director and principal with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including energy, real estate, and technology. Currently serving as Chairman of the Nominating and Governance Committees at Talen Energy and Prairie Operating Co., and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Qenta Inc., Gizman also holds leadership roles at NYISO as Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and previously at Crown Electrokinetics and Aranjin Resources Ltd. as an independent director.
