Kimberly Perry

Kimberly Perry, PhD, PCC, serves as the Leadership Development Manager at Talen Energy, focusing on leadership development and organizational effectiveness while also chairing the People Health Committee. With prior experience as the Learning and Development Manager at SEI, Kimberly was responsible for strategic planning and the management of leadership development programs. Kimberly also operated as a Professional Certified Coach and OD Consultant at EdgePath Coaching & Consulting, emphasizing talent development and organizational behavior. Additionally, roles at Sallie Mae and LVHN provided experience in coaching, instructional design, and healthcare operations management. Kimberly holds a PhD in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University and a master's degree in Organizational Development & Change from the University of Pennsylvania, complementing a foundational degree in Medical Technology & Chemistry from Cedar Crest College.
