Mike Kipps

Mike Kipps is an experienced professional in electrical systems and instrumentation, currently serving as the Superintendent - Electrical Systems & Projects Coordinator at Talen Energy since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mike held positions as O&M Superintendent-Electrical and Electrical Maintenance Planner at Talen Energy from June 2015 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes work as an Instrumentation & Controls Technician at both Raven Power LLC and Constellation Energy, specializing in maintaining, calibrating, and repairing various electrical systems and instrumentation. Additionally, Mike worked as a Manufacturing Technician at Revere Plastic Systems, troubleshooting and maintaining secondary process equipment, and began his career as an Electrical Technician at National Electrical Carbon Corporation.
