Hanna Metsälä

Hanna Metsälä has a diverse work experience in various industries. Hanna started their career at NetApp Finalnd Oy as a Sales Assistant, contributing to the management and storage of data. Hanna then worked at Anttila Oy as a Sales Person. After that, they joined Edenred Finland where they held multiple roles, including Customer Service Representative and B2B Telesales Agent, as well as Sales and Customer Service Manager. During their time at Edenred, they were responsible for leading teams, implementing organizational changes, and improving sales and customer service. Most recently, Hanna worked at Talenom as an Office Director and Head of Unit, overseeing multiple account units and managing a team of 35 members.

Hanna Metsälä obtained their Bachelor's Degree from Laurea University of Applied Sciences, where they studied for the period of 2011 to 2015. In 2013, they attended Fanshawe College and completed a short-term program, earning their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Marketing.
