Latesh Gowda is the current Director of Engineering at Talent500, where Latesh is in charge of developing an AI engine called TalentInsights and a workforce management platform for global enterprises. Prior to this, Latesh worked as an Engineering Manager at Blinkit, focusing on building Supply Chain Tech and leading product and engineering for various operations. Latesh also has experience as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, SC Johnson, Edgewell Personal Care, The Home Depot, Honeywell, and Emerson. Latesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
