Patrick O'leary

Patrick O'Leary is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Global Program Director at Talent Beyond Boundaries. Previously, they held various roles at Fragomen, including Senior Manager, Global Client Service Manager, and Paralegal. They also served as a Board Member at the Canadian Employee Relocation Council. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Officer at the Treasury Solicitors Department and as a Barrister Assistant at Thompson and Co. Solicitors. They have a Master's degree in Refugee Policy and Forced Migration from the University of London, a Bar Professional Training Course degree from BPP Law School, a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Sussex.
