Sarah DeMorrow

Sarah DeMorrow has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2012, they started as a Referral Specialist at Family Health Centers of San Diego, where they assisted with appointment scheduling and coordination of care for patient referrals. Sarah then became an Administrative Assistant, where they coordinated staff meetings and processed payroll. In 2014, Sarah joined BAYADA Home Health Care as a Recruiting Manager, responsible for onboarding field staff and organizing job fairs. In 2016, they joined TalentBridge as a Staffing Manager/Team Lead, specializing in temp and contract staffing within financial services and healthcare industries. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Sr. Operations Specialist at TalentBridge, where they managed back-office operational needs and facilitated new hire orientations. Sarah has experience in full-cycle recruitment, employee retention, compliance, and reducing patient referral wait time.

Sarah DeMorrow obtained their Associate in Applied Science degree in Medical Office Administration from Coastal Carolina Community College from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management at DeVry University from 2012 to 2014.
