Scarlett Jones Pierce is an experienced professional with a diverse work history. Scarlett began their career at HOMEQ SERVICING CORP as a Collections Specialist from August 2003 to September 2004. Scarlett then transitioned to J.W. Hampton Co., where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from September 2004 to December 2005. During this time, they performed various administrative duties and assisted customers and clients.

In 2005, Scarlett took on a summer position as a Leadership Consultant at the Martha Guy Summer Institute, where they mentored and guided high school juniors in university-sponsored activities. Following this, they worked at SARA LEE DIRECT as a Customer Assistant from August 2005 to January 2006, providing support to managers and assisting customers with product sales.

Scarlett then joined First United Methodist Church-Elkin as the Director of Youth and Program Ministries from February 2006 to August 2007. In this role, they created and organized activities for youth, planned events and mission trips, and served as a counselor and mentor.

Scarlett then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee from December 2007 to February 2010. During their time there, they negotiated and managed customer contracts, sold additional products and services, and maintained organizational files.

Scarlett's career then shifted to TalentBridge, where they held various roles. Scarlett started as a Recruiting Coordinator from August 2010 to January 2012, overseeing candidate interviews, HR responsibilities, and background checks. Scarlett was promoted to Operations Manager from February 2015 to December 2019, focusing on compliance and risk tasks related to the contingent workforce. As an Operations Manager, they also collaborated with the VP of Operations to improve recruitment operations. Their most recent role at TalentBridge is Strategic Process Improvement Manager, which they started in September 2022. In this position, they evaluate opportunities for process improvement, defines processes and KPIs, and reports on the effectiveness of changes.

Throughout their career, Scarlett has demonstrated a strong focus on process improvement, compliance, and risk management. Scarlett has gained extensive experience in operations management, coordination, and leadership roles.

Scarlett Jones Pierce received their primary education at Elkin High School, where they attended from 1998 to 2001. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue higher studies at Appalachian State University from 2001 to 2005. At Appalachian State University, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, and French Language.
