Natalie Stones is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment operations and building talent strategies. As Co-Founder and Events & Partnerships leader at Talent Collective since May 2023, Natalie focuses on empowering women within the recruiting community. Previously, as Founder and Chief Talent Leader at Talent Refinery, Natalie worked with startups and agencies to enhance their recruiting strategies. Additional roles include President & Chief Talent Leader at Bluefield, VP of Talent and Revenue Operations at Premier Talent Partners, and Executive Recruiter at Insperity, where Natalie managed comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives. An expert in developing recruiting infrastructures, Natalie has also held senior positions at organizations such as HomeSuite Inc. and Sungevity. Natalie holds a Master's degree from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree from California State University San Marcos.

Talent Collective is a community-based organization that empowers and connects women+ in the talent acquisition profession who identify as women or are non-binary. Our mission is to advance the careers and recruiting networks of our members through carefully curated in-person and virtual experiences. With over 300+ members globally, we have established local chapters in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Denver, and Toronto. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach with new chapters in New York, Austin, Chicago, Minnesota, and Australia.
