Previous roles include Director of Talent Acquisition and Advisor at Aktivate, Senior Recruiting Lead at Exactera, Head of Commercial Recruiting at Komodo Health, and Head of Talent Acquisition at SeedInvest. Rethna holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College and psychology coursework from The University of Auckland, and has expertise in various roles across executive, engineering, finance, and sales domains.

Talent Collective
Talent Collective is a community-based organization that empowers and connects women+ in the talent acquisition profession who identify as women or are non-binary. Our mission is to advance the careers and recruiting networks of our members through carefully curated in-person and virtual experiences. With over 300+ members globally, we have established local chapters in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, Orange County, Denver, and Toronto. In 2024, we plan to expand our reach with new chapters in New York, Austin, Chicago, Minnesota, and Australia.
