Carrie Beeks

Carrie Beeks is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Xcel Energy and a Search Partner at Colabor8, Carrie also founded the Seattle Community branch of Talent Collective, a private members club focused on supporting women in talent acquisition. Previous positions include Talent Acquisition Manager for North America at Spencer Stuart, where responsibilities involved managing executive search full cycles, and Senior Consultant for Leadership Recruitment Strategy at UChicago Medicine, where strategic recruitment for director-level positions was a key focus. Carrie's career also spans leadership roles at JLL, SThree, and The Federal Savings Bank, with significant achievements in recruitment strategy development, team management, and driving organizational growth. Carrie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and has pursued further education in Diversity and Inclusion for HR at Cornell University.
