Margaret Rickerson

Margaret Rickerson has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent management. Margaret started their career in 2003 as a Placement Consultant at Westaff and then worked as a Senior Staffing Specialist at Staffmark from 2007 to 2009. Margaret then joined Nova Management as a Recruiting Assistant and Talent Management Coordinator before moving to Kemper Services Group in 2010 as a Talent Management Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for various recruitment activities such as posting positions, managing databases, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire processes. After working at Kemper Services Group, Margaret joined Adecco in 2012 as an Onsite Coordinator and Recruiter. Margaret then worked at TMD Staffing from 2017 to 2023 as a Senior Recruiter. Currently, they are working at Talent Corps as a Trade Recruiter.
